The Kyprianos
is suitable for all different tastes including families and couples
alike who are looking for a quiet location in lovely surroundings,
offering it's own swimming pool. Located on the main road to the
beach, only 500 metres away from the water front. There are shops
and other facilities a few minutes walk away. Situated in the olive
groves and surrounded by beautiful well looked after gardens and
lawns. Costas and his family will make you feel at home and will
contribute to a very memorable holiday at Keri Lake.
The accommodation consists of two pretty buildings, built in
traditional style with three floors, offering the holidaymaker a
high standard of accommodation. There are two types of
accommodation, studios and one bedroom apartments. The apartments
consist of one bedroom and an open plan kitchen bedroom, and the
studios consist of an open plan bedroom with the kitchenette. All
simple but very nicely furnished in very good taste, very clean and
well equipped to offer its clients a problem free stay. They all
have private facilities, shower/wc, balconies with table and chairs,
twin or double beds. Both types of accommodation have satellite TV,
safety deposit boxes (small extra charge), fans (in some rooms air
conditioning is available at an extra charge), dining table and
chairs, open plan fitted small kitchenette with sink, cupboards,
cooker with two rings, fridge and enough utensils for preparing a
light meal.
The reception lounge on the ground floor, equipped with a large
screen satellite television, is comfortably furnished with a small
bar and a patio where breakfast is served or drinks, cocktails and
light refreshments. There is also a gift shop, phone box, post box,
table tennis and pool table. A swimming pool was added in 2005 to
the facilities of Kyprianos with a little bar and a patio with sun
deck chairs and umbrellas.
